In this summer retreat we commit to holding 24 hour of NOBLE SILENCE, starting after the morning class on the second day. It is a challenge, even for me, as your spiritual coach. You will be guided in it and see the layers of the mind clearly. While holding NOBLE SILENCE, you enjoy mindful activities by the coast, meditative yoga on the sandy beach, purpose reading, guided meditations, biking, paddle boarding, practice calming breathing technique, relax in a shamanic sound healing and a didgeridoo cleansing,.. Personalized spiritual inner awareness. Lodging privately in one of our 3 SUMMER HUTS at our organic fruit and vegetable garden. A local environment on the countryside, 2km biking from the beach of Ciudad Jardin, a short bike ride from the historic center of Palma.

Sessions offered on the BeachWe enjoy our sessions by the ocean each morning around 8am and in the late afternoon.

Back to The SoilA comfortable bed in a private bamboo hut will be your resting place for these four days of adventure. Our vegetable garden, fruit trees will accompany you energetically.
