To ensure your absolute physical comfort during the cooler months, these private retreats take place in a beautiful, fully equipped, heated sea-view apartment just steps from the quiet winter beach. Our 4-day retreat is designed to give you the perfect amount of time to completely shed the weight of daily stress. We start softly on day one, building a safe space of self-love, before drawing deep into active brainwave alignment (Theta/Gamma), chakra mapping, and immersive didgeridoo sound therapy. 🍉 Your stay is fully nourished: Enjoy a daily morning spread of detoxing fresh fruit, yogurt, and homemade granola, alongside a grounding, home-cooked lunch prepared mindfully by me in the early afternoon.
