  • 3 hours each day.
  • 7 days = 7 chakras. Each day one chakra, one part of your body.
  • Meditative yoga, energetic yoga, astral travel meditation, didgeridoo ritual, mindful health knowledge, spiritual insights and the 7 chakra reading I placed in the picture here.
  • Shamanic rituals performed upon you are through time and space, wherever you are in the world.
  • Healing techniques to avoid and heal headaches, neck tensions and lower back pain. 
    How to breathe through distress and remain in alpha power.
    ​How to activate your immune system and digestion at will and find peace in the midst of the roller coaster of life.
  • How to be more emotionally in charge?
Authentic Shamans don’t need you to be close-up physically, we can connect with you, what ever the physical distance is.
