As you can see in the pictures, sometimes I have larger groups when I offer seminars, but in the retreats I take maximum 6. Sometimes even just a few people. I don't see quantity, I see each of you as important. |
Yoga classes and inner work explanation..
In the meditative yoga classes we focus on activating the vagus nerve and practice traditional sourceful yoga, a gentle flow with profound warm life affirmations. We use the white sand beach with the soft sound of the steady waves to cleanse and activate all our senses. .. a way of disciplining, purifying and preparing ourselves for higher levels of energy, consciousness and open up life possibilities. We work on self awareness and stem cell regeneration, a reconnection to our true self. ....authentic yoga employs all aspects of who we are. The free time each noon for swimming, reading, reflecting, taking a walk on the long white sandy beach, becomes just as important as the active practices,.. let the waves of the horizon reach the shore. Who joins up ...
Underneath the short term inner work we do here in the retreat, there is a mind/will over matter layer that goes deeper and takes much longer,..one that will guide and lead you to live the best version of yourself. Pay attention and you'll see that your priorities have shifted. There is a clear before and after. You will speak your mind, state your intentions, and NO LONGER be stepped on or ignored. When the going gets tough, you're not alone! My advice is to simplify, focus on basic needs that enhance more dignity and self respect, like wash your hair, shave your legs, pull a few hairs out, buy groceries your body needs,...all of it without any expectations. it is ok to be on automatic pilot once in a while, to not be the example of joy or success. Just regain your inner balance, one attention at a time. Breathe deeper, put an old hoody on and take a walk, pay attention only to safe things, an animal, a child, a bird, a tree,.. or those friends that are unconditionally loving. Nature can be a wise guiding embrace.... Our dog Darco is a dear friend, reliable at all times and an invisible force when least expected. Every morning, 8am I take him out and most of the time I have been busy with inner work from 6 am, so ideas in my head may be on the foreground as I walk him down the steps.....
In one of the times I was in the process of healing cancer, I was at a painful down point, mentally, physically and emotionally. And when I woke up at 4 am in despair, seeking for air I opened my window and with the darkness of the night around me, I sat up and did my best to enter in a silent meditation, which wasn't very successful, but then,...in the tree next to me I heard the birds start singing. My brain told me those birds made a mistake; there was no light! But a few seconds later, the light appeared, humble at first, then taking over with more intensity.
THE BIRDS ANNOUNCE THE NEW DAWN IN THE DARKEST MOMENT OF THE NIGHT. Please don't des/believe. B R E A T H E In the images here below you will see affirmations I created for you.. you're invited to take a moment and let nature's beauty sink in while the words resonate upon your system and embrace your daily life..
