I am Sandra, sport psychologist, yoga and meditation instructor, life coach, and baptized as shaman in Mexico. I am the owner of The TheGa™️ Method, fusing the theta brainwave with the gamma brainwave. During five years this retreat was number 1 in Europe on Bookyogaretreats.
Our story: In search for love, peace and health, as a single mom, I retreated in pure nature for 4 years with my then, 3 year old daughter and learned the secrets to being powerful in life, walk in dignity in whatever I do, be who I love to be... It was in working pro bono with the locals where I found true inner peace and everlasting friendship. Later I was taken in by the shamans from Tulum and Tepoztlan, Mexico, where I further developed the inner mastery skills. The channeled words expressed in my classes, videos and books are but a reflection of your own ideals and heart desires. I learned to heal and master all illness, including cancer and teach others how to live a more purposeful life, in power and full potential. To be self aware is to hold your destiny in your hands. Indyra, my daughter has mastered this skill fully, has never taken medicine and has been able to transcend the worst painful experience known to girls.
